Player and account terms
These terms explain how you can use SkinSwap, manage a membership, take part in community spaces, and purchase digital merchandise. Please read them before using an account.
Terms of use
By creating an account or using a SkinSwap service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, do not use the service. Keep a copy for your records.
Give accurate details when you register and keep your sign-in credentials private. You are responsible for activity on your account, except where a security issue outside your control is involved.
Tell SkinSwap promptly if you suspect someone else has accessed your account. Accounts are for the person who created them; don't sell, rent, or transfer access without written permission.
Membership features, price, billing interval, and renewal terms are shown before you subscribe. By confirming a subscription, you authorize the displayed recurring charge to your selected payment method.
A membership renews at the end of its current billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues through the paid period. Any refund rights required by law remain unchanged.
Keep conversations and multiplayer sessions respectful. Don't threaten or harass people, impersonate another person, disrupt play, or share content that violates someone else's rights or applicable law.
We may review reports and take action when conduct harms players or the service. That can include removing content, restricting features, or suspending an account. Be fair to other players.
Digital items are licensed for personal use through the service, not sold as physical property. An item's description identifies its features and any limits on where it can be used.
Unless a listing or local law says otherwise, digital purchases are tied to the purchasing account and can't be resold, exchanged for cash, or transferred to another account. Check the item details before confirming payment.
SkinSwap and its licensors retain their rights in the games, platform, artwork, names, and related materials. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive permission to use those materials through the services.
Don't copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute service content unless the law permits it or we give you written permission. If you send us suggestions, you allow us to consider and use them without payment or a duty to keep them confidential.
Online games and platform features can change as we maintain, update, or retire services. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, technical issues, or events outside our reasonable control.
We may revise these terms when our services or legal obligations change. We will post the current version here and update it when needed. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide notice where required.
You can stop using the services and close your account by contacting support. Closing an account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed through a separate billing provider; follow that provider's cancellation steps as well.
We may restrict or close access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or where the law requires it. We will give notice when reasonably practical. Terms that need to continue after closure, including ownership and liability terms, remain in effect.
Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or limits liability where applicable law does not allow that limit. To the extent permitted by law, SkinSwap is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you began using the service.
These terms do not create rights for anyone other than you and SkinSwap. If a court finds one part unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. Applicable law and dispute procedures are subject to any mandatory protections in your place of residence.
